The Story
There's something about taking something chaotic, washing it clean, folding it just right, and handing it back to someone that does something for my soul. Always has. I've lost 30 lbs doing this work. Not from a gym. From showing up, moving, and doing something that matters.
I spent 15+ years in executive leadership, customer support operations, and technology, building systems, leading teams, and figuring out how to make things work seamlessly for the people depending on them. I bring all of that to every single order. The precision of someone who has built things at scale. The care of someone who genuinely loves the work. And the instincts of a Black auntie who will fold your fitted sheets correctly and not say a word about how you had them before.
