What's a "kitchen-sized bag"?+
It's the same 13-gallon drawstring kitchen trash bag you've probably already got under your sink, the kind sold in packs at any grocery store. It holds about 15 lbs of laundry, roughly a week's worth for one person, towels included. Fill it however you like and tie it up, that's one bag.

All plans include pickup, wash, dry, fold, and return delivery. Subscription pricing is a flat per-bag rate, with a max 15lb per bag (5lb buffer). Standard and Same Day Express rates are billed per pound based on your weighed order after it's been washed and dried.
