What is a bag?
A bag is a 13-gallon kitchen-sized trash bag. Each bag holds up to 20 lbs of laundry.
Every subscription plan is a flat rate per bag, so you always know what you will pay.
Anything over 20 lbs in a bag is billed at $2 per pound.

Estimates only. One-time means separate pickups at the selected pay as you go rate. Laundry time saved = 2 hours wash and dry plus 45 minutes to fold per 15 lb load. Bags are billed whole, and 1.5 bags per person are assumed to be full at 20 lb. Excludes tips, extra pickups, and oversized items.
